Jace Rusch
Founder and Builder“Born and raised in Lake Havasu and it will remain my home. Started my construction experience early on working as a framer for a reputable framing company, and stayed there for years but couldn’t grow anymore inside that company. I soon ventured off to start my home flipping company called Rusco Investments, and grew a dumpster rental company at the same time to a recognizable name in Lake Havasu.
With Rusco Investments, it helped me get the hands on experience of remodeling entire homes by myself for the first few years, then gradually moving on to building my subcontracting skills and managing trades to complete many more projects.
After buying my first lot to give new construction a shot, my first home was completed in 5 months. Falling in love with the new construction process, I started Capital Homes, and began building client and mentor connections to build my company to what it is today.
Architectural design is something I like, so that is why we do all in house design to make sure each one of our homes are set to a strict and certain standard. “

Designer / Real estate agent“Born and raised in Lake Havasu, growing up around job-sites with my father getting to watch as he built his HVAC company. Starting out, I grew a reputable cleaning company in town where I learned structure and people skills eventually leaving that business to pursue my real estate career. Getting into real estate was a great transition because I was able to help my Husbands company and also put my skills I acquired from previous jobs to work in a different way. I now own a home design business, and a real estate business, allowing us to keep all design in house as well as list our own builds.
Design is my passion, now working together with Jace, we are able to make every house seek its full potential and put out a product our clients will love.”
