How much do I need to build?

With financing options, there are many ways to afford a new build including bundling construction loans + lot cost into one affordable loan that is applicable to different financing options like FHA, conventional, ETC. With FHA construction loans, you could only need as little as 3.5% of total build and lot cost as a down payment. The Capital Homes team can set you up with a loan officer to discuss financing options.

What if I don’t have a lot to build on?

Our sales team can find the perfect lot for you, either on market or one of our many off market leads sent our way.

What do I do when I am ready to sell my new spec home?

Capital Homes can handle every aspect of your build including finding the lot, setting you up with loan officers for funding, building the property, as well as selling it when completed.

What is the turn around time on a new construction home?

With our ready to build on your lot plans that are engineered and approved, it saves you months of waiting. From breaking ground to a completed house takes anywhere from 6-8 months depending on the customizations or size of the build.
