Client build: Custom Heritage Floor-plan

This home will feature 1902 sqft of living, 3 bedrooms, 3 and a half bathrooms with a covered porch that opens the dining area up to the front for entertainment.

We included a double wide RV garage with a pull through rear garage door to open up the garage to their lake views.

In the backyard they will have a large covered patio for shaded poolside seating with a pool and spa finished by Element Pool Builders.

In construction on a Heritage floor-plan from Capital-homes.com that a client wanted custom fit to their lot. We expanded the garage, and lowered the garage level to fit clients sloped lot.
