Client build: future home will be attached

This is a different but fun project that will be the start of a future luxury home.

These clients wanted an RV garage on their future home sight, but did not want to start the home just yet.

In order to legally build a structure, there has to be a dwelling. Since we won’t be adding the actual house to the garage for a number of years, we built a temporary living quarter in the RV garage that will be removed once the house is added later on.

On the side of the garage, a two car garage will be attached in the future, so we plan ahead by framing a header opening and sizing the concrete footings to handle this. This will make for an easy and clean attachment further on down the road.

Now these clients will have their RV garage storage, and a place for guest to live in until we build out their house that we have planned.
